All sales are final and there are no refunds – Refunds are only given in the event we cancel a performance and are unable to reschedule said performance.

All ticket sales must be paid in full at the time of purchase. No exceptions.

We are unable to hold tickets without full payment.

A $2.00 Cancellation/Exchange Fee will be charged for each ticket canceled and/or exchanged.

Ticket Exchanges may only be done for another performance of the same show.

Each patron must present a ticket for admission regardless of age.

Patrons must present ticket stub for re-entry. Please have ticket stub at all times.

Coupons or special offers limited to one ticket only.

Only one discount allowed per ticket.

All presentations and dates are subject to change.

In the event of an unavoidable change, Fort Wayne Youtheatre reserves the right to present a substitute show, artist, date or venue.

In the event of a change, reserved tickets will be automatically applied to the replacement production in the same season.

Children under two years of age, unless otherwise noted, are not permitted to attend Fort Wayne Youtheatre shows. Each patron regardless of age is required to purchase their own seat.

Ticket vouchers must be redeemed in-person at the Artstix Community Box Office and surrendered at time of purchase or by calling at (260) 422-4226. Please note, if redeeming via phone we cannot guarantee the sale without seeing the physical voucher.

We cannot honor expired/past show vouchers.
